Desert Sage Drafting will not withhold any taxes on your behalf. You are responsible for making estimated tax payments as required by the IRS and your state taxing authority. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional.
3. Compensation
Subcontractors are compensated on a revenue-share basis. Your specific percentage is agreed upon in writing before work begins on each project. Desert Sage Drafting reserves the right to request revisions before releasing final payment.
7. No Guarantee of Work
Acceptance of this application does not guarantee a minimum volume of work, a minimum income, or ongoing engagement. Project assignments are made at Desert Sage's discretion based on client demand and fit.
8. At-Will Engagement
Either party may end the subcontractor relationship at any time with written notice. Any project already in progress at the time of termination will be completed or properly transitioned before the engagement ends.
